2. What are your opening hours?
At the west side, Tradehub21, we are open daily from 11am - 9pm;
At the east side, Tampines, we are open from Monday to Saturday 10am - 9pm,
and on Sunday and Public Holiday 10am - 6pm.

Installation

1. What installation services do you provide?
We provide installation for lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, wall fans, instant water heater, storage water heater, switches and electrical wiring works.

1. What does free installation means?
It means we will be providing free delivery and installation of the item that you've purchased from us. Installation includes assembling of the product and fixing it to the existing wiring point that you have.

2. How many lighting do I have to purchase to enjoy free installation?
To enjoy free installation, you have to purchase at least 8 main lightings. In other words, if you're buying all main lightings for your whole house, you are entitled to enjoy free installation!
